Jennifer McGinn, B.A. Hollins University- Dance and Arts Management. Jen McGinn began dancing with her mother, a ballerina, at the time of conception. She graduated from Booker High School Visual and Performing Arts Center in Sarasota, Florida where she majored in dance. In 2004, her piece 345.40 was brought to the informal concert at the American College Dance Festival (ACDF), and in 2005 her piece The Greatest Show on Earth was selected at the ACDF for the gala concert. In addition to choreographing for the Hollins Repertory Dance Company, Jen McGinn has created work and taught for Booker High School Visual and Performing Arts Center, the West Coast Civic Ballet, and the Deborah Vinton School of Ballet. This summer (2005) she is excited to begin the new Hollins University/American Dance Festival M.F.A. proram.
