
Harmony Wolfe is a theorist, social
art practioner, curator, filmmaker, photographer, choreographer, gardener
and community organizer.
She holds a BA in Dance and Art History from Hollins University. Her research
focus is the intersections between theory and practice, discourses on contemporary
art practices, symbolism in urban landscapes and how bodies shape parafeminist
knowledge. These endeavors are visible through writing, curating, dances
and gardening.
She has danced in works by Emily Wexler, Lisa Race and Ishmael Houston-Jones.
Her work has been shown at the American Dance Festival, Dickinson College,
Hollins University and Yale University.
She currently lives in Bozeman, MT.
